Remembering Adam

The Remembering Adam program as begun at the NSMS. Any 7th or 8th grade student who has not turned in a permission form can do so anytime throughout the school year. It's never to late to be part of the program. Permission forms are good for one school year only. When parents provide consent for their student to participate, it is permitting your student to be randomly drug tested by the school. If you would like more information on Remembering Adam you can visit the website at www.rememberingadam.org

8th Grade SCTC Tour

This year the 8th grade class will be touring the SCTC on Friday, March 13, 2020. This is a great opportunity for our 8th grade students to be introduced to the trades offered through the Somerset County Technology Center (SCTC). Each student will be introduced to all the programs available and to ask questions. As a 9th grade student, they will have the opportunity to return back to the SCTC and spend the afternoon in 2 programs of their choosing and submit a formal application to be accepted as a 10th grade student. The bus permission slips will be handed out to students at the end of February, so be on the look out for it. Parent signature is required for the student to attend. Deadline to return bus permission slips will be Friday, March 6, 2020.
